Family Photography-Orlando, FL

While in Orlando, I met a few siblings too. M and A are a cute sibling pair and close friends with my cousins in Orlando. M's eyes are so striking! And, A has some crazy fun hair. However, those bangs can be troublesome. I had my cousins on "bang duty" pushing back the hair in order that Mom and Dad get to see those eyes clearly.

Senior Portraits-Orlando, FL

Most of my sessions have been in the morning light. However, this Senior session, which was close to sunset, has me LOVING evening light. All I can say is WOW! This Senior, C, wore gorgeous jewelry that adds the right touch to these photographs. We were rushing at the end to stay ahead of the sunset.

Senior Portraits-Orlando, FL

Senior portraits can be a lot of fun for a photographer, because Seniors are still and can be directed easily, so you can try out different poses, settings and angles of light. I have family in Orlando and this past weekend was spent hanging out with my close family and taking pictures for multiple sessions, Seniors as well as siblings. This posting is of my first Senior, E, who arrived for a morning session. She was lovely to work with and helped me find some key local spots for the rest of my busy weekend.

Child Photography-Tampa, FL

My niece, A, is now 6 months old! And, she is too cute! My in-laws were in Tampa visiting this past week and we had a mini photo session with my niece and daughter. My backyard is bright in the morning but we found a small area of shade by the fence that worked for us. The weather in Tampa has been hot-hot-hot in the 90s. We were able to go the beach and pool like it was the middle of summer. We were sad to see them go and they were sad to return to overcast and chilly Pittsburgh.

Family Photography-Pittsburgh, PA

My editing from Pittsburgh sessions is almost complete. Here is the last family I photographed. We had a sunny and cool morning in North Park. The new grandmother contacted me to photograph her darling baby granddaughter, L, and family. Grandma was on location to help. We even had the chance to photograph a few of mom and dad alone while L was on bottle break with grandma. This is a sweet new family! Congratulations and enjoy your pictures!

Family Photography-Pittsburgh, PA

Here is another Pittsburgh family from my trip home. Big brother ("the snake charmer") was a great model while Mom and I were getting baby brother to smile and look to the camera. We had a big yard to work with and beautiful light. Little brother was a charmer himself with BIG smiles and laughs. These kids were so easy to work with, even though we had an evening session. Unfortunately, dad was out of town and only were able to photograph the boys and mom. Mom and the boys were warm and friendly, and I look forward to working with them again at another time when dad is home.

Child Photography-Pittsburgh, PA

I love photographing little Miss A, who has now turned 2 and has priceless face expressions. She is the same age as my daughter---Mom and I were at Magee-Womens Hospital at the same time. She was one of the first children I photographed, last year when she turned one, and now I get to photograph her little sister, E, who was born in May. These little girls, sisters, are too sweet!
